Returns & Refunds
This policy applies to purchases made directly from the SEDY Tools online store.
14-day return requests
You may request a return within 14 calendar days after receiving your item. This is the deadline to contact us to request a return, not the deadline for the returned parcel to arrive at our return facility.
Change-of-mind returns
You may open the packaging to inspect the product. For a change-of-mind return, the item must remain unused, uninstalled and undamaged, with all accessories and all pieces of any set included. Please retain and return the original product packaging and any included storage case. You may use a different sturdy outer shipping box to protect the return.
Opening the packaging for inspection is allowed, but using the tool for a project is not covered by our change-of-mind return policy.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, is defective or is not what you ordered, contact us with your order number and details of the issue. Photos can help us assess the problem. These cases are handled separately from change-of-mind returns; the unused-condition requirement does not prevent you from reporting a product defect.
The 14-day change-of-mind return period does not limit any applicable statutory rights or warranty rights.
How to request a return

with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for your request.
Wait for our return authorization and instructions. For an approved return requiring shipment, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and the designated return address.
Pack the item securely, include any return authorization slip we provide, and follow the shipping instructions. Keep your tracking information.
Please do not send an item back before contacting us, or send it to the address on the original delivery package unless our return instructions specifically direct you there.
Return costs
We cover the return shipping and return processing costs for approved returns, including eligible change-of-mind returns. We do not charge a restocking fee or deduct these return costs from your refund. Please use the prepaid label we provide rather than purchasing your own postage without our agreement.
Refunds
We will review the returned item after it has been received and inspected, then notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method for the amount paid for those items, including applicable taxes. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Order cancellation requests
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. Once fulfillment has begun, we cannot guarantee cancellation. If an order cannot be cancelled, you may request a return under this policy.
