  • Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update depending on the carrier.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your local government.

  • These fees are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility.

  • SEDY-Tools Online is not responsible for delays caused by customs.


7. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier

If a package is returned to us due to address issues, we can reship it (additional shipping fees may apply).
