Welcome to SEDY Tools. This store is operated by Australia Sedy Pty Ptd under the SEDY brand. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the store operator.
These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, customer accounts and related services, and purchases made directly through our online store (collectively, the “Services”).
Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the platform that enables us to offer the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights, guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
1. ELIGIBILITY AND CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS
You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you purchase on behalf of a business or another person, you must have authority to do so.
You agree to provide accurate and current contact, billing, payment and shipping information.
You are responsible for taking reasonable steps to protect access to your customer account and the email account used to sign in. Please notify us if you become aware of unauthorized account activity.
2. PRODUCTS AND SAFE USE
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, specifications and pricing. Product colors may appear differently depending on your screen and device settings.
Please review the product description, dimensions, compatibility information and included components before purchasing.
Use products only for their intended purposes and in accordance with the instructions and safety warnings supplied with them. Use appropriate protective equipment where required. Do not use a damaged tool or exceed its stated capacity.
These precautions do not limit our responsibility for defective, unsafe or incorrectly described products under applicable law.
We may update listings or discontinue products. Such changes do not alter the agreed specifications of an order we have already accepted without your agreement or another lawful basis.
3. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order and does not, by itself, constitute acceptance. We accept your order when we send a shipping confirmation or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance.
We may decline or cancel an order for a reasonable cause, such as unavailable stock, an unresolvable payment issue, suspected fraud, an unsupported delivery address or a material listing error.
If this happens, we will notify you and promptly refund any payment collected for the canceled items, including associated charges where applicable. We will not substitute products or increase the agreed price without your consent.
If you wish to cancel or change an order, contact orders@sedytools.com as soon as possible. We may be unable to stop an order that has entered fulfillment. This does not affect your rights under our Return and Refund Policy or applicable law.
4. PRICES, PAYMENTS AND PROMOTIONS
The currency, product prices, discounts, shipping charges and applicable taxes for your order are displayed during checkout. Please review the total before completing your purchase.
Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. Changes do not retrospectively increase the price of an accepted order.
You must be authorized to use the payment method submitted. Payments are subject to verification and authorization by the relevant payment provider.
Separate promotional terms may apply where clearly disclosed. They do not override rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently ship to eligible addresses in the United States, subject to the delivery options available at checkout.
Orders are handled daily, including weekends. Our normal processing period is one to two business days after payment, during which orders are processed and submitted for fulfillment. Submission for fulfillment does not necessarily mean the parcel has shipped.
Processing time and transit time are separate. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly stated.
If your order is delayed, lost, damaged in transit or marked delivered but not received, contact orders@sedytools.com. We will investigate with the fulfillment provider or carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.
Shipment through a third-party provider does not remove our obligations to you as the seller. Please review our Shipping Policy for further information.
6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You may request a return within 60 calendar days after receiving your item. This is the deadline to submit a request, not the deadline for the returned parcel to reach our return facility.
For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, uninstalled and undamaged, with the original product packaging, included storage case, accessories and all set components. Opening the packaging for inspection is allowed.
Submit your request through your customer account by opening the relevant order and selecting the return option. If this option is unavailable, contact orders@sedytools.com for assistance.
We cover return shipping costs for approved returns, including change-of-mind returns. We provide a prepaid return shipping label and designated return instructions. We do not charge restocking or return processing fees.
Please wait for return instructions before sending items back.
Damaged, defective or incorrect products are handled separately from change-of-mind returns. The 60-day period and unused-item requirements do not limit applicable statutory rights or warranty rights.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after receipt and inspection of returned items, unless another arrangement or earlier refund is required by law or agreed with you.
Our Return and Refund Policy provides further details. For return procedures, that policy prevails over any inconsistent procedural wording in these Terms, subject always to applicable law.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The website’s content, branding, images, text, graphics and other materials are owned by us or used with permission from the relevant rights holders.
You may use the website for legitimate shopping purposes, including purchasing tools for personal or business use. You may retain order records and product instructions for your own use.
Except as permitted by law or with the rights holder’s permission, you must not reproduce, sell, distribute or commercially exploit protected website content.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any trademark, copyright or other intellectual property associated with it.
8. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS
The Services may include links to external websites or optional tools provided by third parties. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
We do not control independent third-party websites and do not endorse their content merely by linking to them. These provisions do not remove our responsibility for services we are legally responsible for providing.
9. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
SEDY Tools is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with SEDY Tools. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and SEDY Tools, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with SEDY Tools.
This section applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK
If you submit a review, image or other content for publication, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce and format that content for operating and promoting our store and products.
You retain ownership of your content. Any editing must not materially misrepresent your opinion or experience.
You must have the right to submit the content, and it must not infringe another person’s rights or contain unlawful, deceptive or malicious material. Please disclose any incentive received for a review.
We may remove spam, unlawful content, personal information or content unrelated to the product or shopping experience. We will not remove a review merely because it expresses a negative opinion.
12. ERRORS AND CORRECTIONS
We may correct errors in listings, pricing, availability or other website information.
If a material error affects an existing order, we will contact you to explain the issue and any proposed correction. If the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled as agreed, we may cancel it where permitted by law and promptly refund the relevant payment.
13. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You must not use the Services to commit fraud, violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property rights, harass others, transmit malicious code, obtain unauthorized access, collect other customers’ personal information without authority or interfere with the operation or security of the website.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address such conduct, protect customers or comply with law.
14. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND LIABILITY
We aim to keep the Services available and accurate, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website operation.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by events outside our reasonable control or by your unlawful use of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing removes applicable consumer guarantees, product liability obligations or rights to remedies for defective goods.
15. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for a material breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, a security risk or a legal requirement. Where reasonably practicable, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Termination does not remove obligations relating to accepted orders, outstanding refunds or accrued consumer rights.
Provisions intended by their nature to continue, including intellectual property and applicable liability provisions, survive termination.
16. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
Subject to mandatory laws that apply to you, these Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory consumer protections or rights to bring a claim before a court or other competent body available to you under applicable law in your place of residence.
If a concern arises, please contact orders@sedytools.com so we can attempt to resolve it. This does not prevent you from using any other available complaint or dispute resolution process.
17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our business, Services or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page, and we will provide additional notice where required by law.
Changes apply prospectively. Unless required by law or agreed with you, they do not change the terms governing an order already accepted.
18. GENERAL PROVISIONS
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.
Any transfer of our rights or obligations must not reduce your contractual or statutory protections.
These Terms and the policies incorporated into them form the agreement concerning the Services, without excluding representations or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
